Continue building on your current HTML page. This time, your going to add an INTERNAL and 2 EXTERNAL links as follows.
Create a TOP OF PAGE link that returns to the top of your page, before your name and date. (This is the INTERNAL link)
Create an EXTERNAL link to the GEOCITIES TLUNDAY2 Home page: "http://www.oocities.org/tlunday2" using the words Tynette's Page as your TEXT link.
Create an EXTERNAL link to the HTML Index which you can access from Tynette's Home page. Select the HTML 3.2 Class. The URL you will use in your link will display on your browser in the address bar.
Use the IMAGE of the Index at the top of the HTML chapter pages as your link. Customize the image so there is NO BORDER. Place this link right under the top Horizontal rule.
HINT: goto the HTML index and select a chapter. Right click on the Index image and save picture as: index.gif to your hard drive in the same folder as your HTML documents.
Then code the location of the image in the HREF SRC statement. EX: <IMG SRC="c:/yourdirectory/index.gif">
Save these changes as CLASS3.html in Notepad. Email the Notepad html code (class3.html) to me before the next class. I will review it and return it to you with your grade and any comments on how to improve your coding.
