Your on the Homestretch now. Here is your assignment for Forms.

Create a New HTML page for your On-line PIZZA Delivery Co. On this page you will have Headings and Images to support your Pizza subject matter.

You can use colors, sounds, images, tables and anything else you like in your page to promote Pizza's and present a nice looking page to the Customer.

You will include a Form for On-line Pizza Ordering and Delivery.

You will need to ask the customer for :

Name, Addr, Phone etc. (use Input Text)
What size pizza (use radio buttons)
What type crust (use Select box)
What toppings (use Checkboxes)
Special instructions for the Pizza or for Delivery (use TextArea)

You should then have a Submit button on your form which will call the following script:
http://ss1.prosofttraining.com/cgi-bin/process.pl
using the POST action. This script will return all of your values to you once you hit submit, so you can verify you are getting the data you requested from your form.

UPDATE: Try changing the Method to "GET" from post. Submit your form and then checkout the Address section in your browser when your results come back. Can you see where all your form information was included with the URL of the script?)

Feel free to embellish at will.

Save this new document as CLASS6.html and Email the Notepad html code (class6.html) to me before the next class. I will review it and return it to you with your grade and any comments on how to improve your coding.
