Arwen's Private Bed Chamber (Rivendell)
  This is clearly the bed chamber of an Elven lady.  A dresser with a
finely carved brush, comb, and mirror, along with the elaborate four-poster
bed are the only furnishings.  
[..........S..] An Elven lady of incomparable beauty and queenly bearing stands before you.

you are waiting for your latest project to walk in the door, he is eager to meet you.


Aysha drinks milk from a kitty saucer.

the man you are waiting for is hot, rich, powerful, and VERY married

Aysha is wearing a silk black negligee.  It is short, just skimming the tops of her thighs and has lace cups.

Aysha quickly hides the dagger within reach of the bed.  Then settles herself in the middle of the bed, propped up by pill
ow and leaning slightly on her side with her legs curled.

you see the doorknob start to turn, and . . . . 

You feel a sudden jerk, and your surroundings blur.


The Torture Chamber
  Ack!  You've wound up in the Torture Cmber!  You are surely doomed
now... For there is no escape.  
     A mouldering corpse is here.  It is black and covered with maggots. [excellent]
An evil looking wraith hovers threateningly.

Aysha arrives from a puff of smoke.

Aysha gasps in astonishment.

You land with a *thud* on a table filled with objects.  

A hard piece of something pokes you in the thigh, and papers and books go everywhere.

Aysha winces in agony.

As you collect yourself, you realize that you are in a terrifying room filled with smoke and screaming.

The smoke prevents you from seeing the source of the screaming, but you do see a tall figure before you.

It is a large wraith.  He appears to be the one who has brought you here.

he is as surprised as a dead may can be to see that you are a mostly naked woman

Aysha looks around quickly, then returns her gaze to the wraith.  

Aysha says 'who are you?'

He speaks to you in a hoarse whisper.

'Greetings mortal' the wraith says.  'I am Agragag, and YOU will obey me.'
Agragag is about 7 feet tall, made of a ghostly smoky substance with 
eyes like coals of fire


Agragag says 'Let us discuss your mission.'


Agragag says 'There is a certain item that I require.  You will retrieve it for me.'

Aysha collects herself and sits up into a more comfortable position.

Agragag says 'It is a small dagger.  You will know it by the green rune on the hilt, like this.'

Agragag draws a green symbol in the air with his finger: $

Aysha says 'why should i help you?'

Agragag nudges the corpse on the floor with his toe.

Agragag says 'If you return with the dagger, you will be . . . rewarded.'

There is something ominous about his tone.


Agragag says 'But, if you return without it, your doom will be terrible indeed.'

Aysha frowns.

Agragag pauses, and touches the corpse while uttering an incantation in a strange language.

The corpse explodes with fire, showering you with burning, rotted flesh.

Aysha doesn't flinch, and flicks a bit of flesh off her skin.

Agragag says 'You will find the dagger somewhere in the eastern hills of Emyn Muil.'

Aysha says 'if you're so powerful why don't you get this dagger yourself?'

Agragag pretends not to hear you and goes right on talking
Agragag says 'Once you have the dagger, use this scroll to notify me.'

Aysha gets a wild look in her eyes.


Agragag drops A runed scroll of notify.

Aysha says 'and how am i supposed to get the scroll, I'm a little bare right now.'

Aysha gestures to her lack of clothing.

agragag picks the scroll up and hands it to you.  he is much taller than you and gets a GOOD look

Agragag says 'You will find it somewhere in the eastern hills of Emyn Muil.'

Aysha wields (EOS) Scintillion.


Agragag says 'You have one week, if you fail to return before then, your life is over.'

Aysha frowns.

Aysha says 'you will return me to where you brought me from?'

Agragag says 'i will return you to the world.  unless you prefer to stay here . . .'

Aysha says 'I want to return to where you took me from...my clothing is there.'

Aysha says 'hard to go dagger searching in a negligee'

you hear the grunts of minions outside your circle of light.  they seem . . interested in you

Aysha runs her hands seductivly down her body.

Agragag says 'you seem to prefer that attire . . .'

Aysha says 'yes when it suites me.'

Agragag says 'Enough talk.'

Agragag says 'You have one week, if you fail to return before then, your life is over.'

Agragag says 'now GO!'

Aysha vanishes!

Orc Barracks (Shelob's Lair)
  The room is in pandamonium.  Some orcs are feasting on a man.  They have
torn off his arms, yet he still lives.  His screams are the ones you have
been hearing.  In a corner of the room is a sobbing woman, she is cradling a
whimpering child in her arms.  The orcs are fighting amongst themselves to
see who gets the first choice of body parts.

A vicious orc is here, fighting over some fresh meat.

A terrified woman sits here, cradling her daughter in her arms.
A beaten man with no arms is here, emitting an inhuman howl.


you land in the middle of a group of orcs.  your negligee FLIES over your head.

The blurring of your surroundings are no more pleasant than the first time, and you land hard on the ground.

Aysha gets up and looks around.

You feel the sharp pain in your side, worse this time, as if something in your negligee is poking you.

Aysha grabs her negligee and quickly pulls it back down.


Aysha blows **kisses** at no one special.


Aysha prays, 'RECALL!'
Aysha disappears.

The Room of Ancient Ruins (Eye Of Sauron)
  You find yourself in a large circular room, not quite as large as the
previous.  The walls are covered in ruins and ancient writings.  On the
ground, at the far end of the room, you see a small line of portals leading
to various places around Middle-Earth.  The staircase leads further up the
tower and back to the ground level.  
     A portal in the back of the room is letting out a thick smoke. [excellent]
     Here is a dark portal leading to where the truly evil gather. [excellent]
     A black Portal projects you from this evil haven into the Realm of MORDOR. [excellent]

when you pulled your negligee back down, you felt something caught in it

Aysha reaches to see what is caught in her clothing.

you find an oddly shaped piece of quartz

it falls to the ground as you notice it

you don't recognize the piece of crystal, and have no idea where it could have come from

Aysha gets An oddly shaped bit of crystal.

Aysha turns the crystal over in her hand, trying to see if there are any markings

It looks like just a normal piece or quartz

when you identify you see that it is magical, but not spell that recognize or know how to use

Aysha keeps the crystal in her hand and sighs.


Aysha walks up.
A Weaponry Stockhold (Eye of Sauron)
  Walls lined with few, yet powerful-looking weapons made from the
mastersmith down in the depths of Mount Doom.

Morkano's Lair (Eye Of Sauron)
  This is an extremely large room filled with statues of Sauron and
Morgoth.  Smoke is floating all around you and the rest of the room.  In
the back of the room you see a black glow around a cloaked figure.  The
rooms of the Eye of Sauron members around the lair.  
     A shining stone circle etched with odd markings and laid with sparkling stones. [excellent]
     A dark circle of smoke smoulders from the flames within. [excellent]
     A shimmering white cloud with puffs of pipe smoke drifting out stands here. [excellent]

Aysha walks east.
Verilee's Dark Retreat (Eye Of Sauron)
  This large room is decorated in dark shades of red, as if blood were
applied directly to the walls and ceiling.  In addition to the large four
poster bed occupying the center of the back wall, there is a table
situated in the center of the room.  On the table there sits a map of
Middle-Earth; it appears that a mock war has been played out upon the map. 
You notice a chest in the corner of the room with an intricate set of
locks securing it.  A cloaked figure is seen standing west of here.

Aysha gets her clothes from the chest.

Aysha puts the crystal down on the bed.

Aysha pulls off the negligee and stretches, then gets dressed in her armor and gear.

Aysha summons a servant and dispatches him to Rivendell to inform her project that something came up and she will be unabl
e to meet him, and to fetch the belongings she left in Arwen's room.



Aysha gets a wild look in her eyes.

Aysha readys herself to go to Emyn.


Aysha casts protection spells on herself.


Aysha falls silent as she meditates.
Aysha utters the words, 'holy armor'.

A Footpath into the Hills (Emyn Muil)
  The path is starting to narrow as the hills roll off further to the
north.  The sound of a strong river can be heard from a distance.  Far
away to the west, the Anduin can be seen.

  The path narrows slightly here, to squeeze in between two large mounds. 
The hills are just to the north now, rolling off into the distance.  The
river is still quite loud and still inaccessible from this point.

In the Eastern Hills (Emyn Muil)
  The hills roll out to the north and west.  Their rounded green peaks
bring a sense of quiet and peace in a time of such discomfort and war. 
Animals can be seen scurrying about the hills and down towards the river. 
A path can be seen leading west towards the Anduin.

  Now on the eastern side of the Anduin, tall hills, covered in lush green
grass stand before you.  A deer can be seen grazing on the grass as well as
the occasional bird, busily singing a melody.  The hills continue south and
east.  A large forest is to the north.

The Eastern Forest (Emyn Muil) 
  The forest casts an eerie glow upon the surroundings.  The green trees
here prevent much sunlight from shining through them.  As a result, very
little grass grows at the base of most of the tress.  A clearing can be
seen to the north, while the forest continues west.  
     A body lies here with a dagger in its chest. [excellent]

There is a dagger in his chest, and both his hands are wrapped around the hilt.


Aysha looks at the hilt of the dagger

you can't get a good look, his hands are in the way

Aysha checks for a pulse on the man's neck.


Aysha falls silent as she meditates.
Aysha utters the words, 'sanctuary'.
Aysha is surrounded by a white aura.

he is cold and dead.

Aysha *pries the hands off and tries to pull the dagger out.

It comes out easily.  the hilt is ruby, with a small green rune: $

Aysha smiles.

The blade is black onyx and covered in blood.


Aysha says 'well that wasn't hard.'

Aysha fingers the slot in the dagger and remembers the crystal.

they look similiar, do you compare them?

Aysha reaches into her pocket for the crystal, and finds it empty.

you notice a lump in the dead mans cloak.


Aysha reaches into the cloak pocket to see what the lump is.


Aysha gets A journal from A corpse.


Aysha opens the journal.

you page through the journal, reading bits here and there:

(journal) While I possess the dagger I am safe, but he never leaves me alone.  He hates the dagger, yet he is drawn
 to it.


(journal) He slays those around me, I cannot protect them.  I flee to save them, or they drive me away, and always 
he follows.


This page of the journal contains a detailed drawing of the dagger, showing the ruby hilt and the onyx blade.


In the diagram the blade is labeled power, the hilt is labeled bane.


(journal) He would have me destroy the dagger in his hatred of it, but destroying the object of his desire would dr
ive him insane.  He would slay me in his anger.


(journal) There is power in the blade to destroy him, yet while the hilt is there he will never approach.  There is
 no solution.


the journal entries have become more and more scrawled, this last entry is almost impossible to read.



Darkness falls over MORDOR.

(journal) Doom, doom take us both but he will not go.  I must break it but it is one.  I must break us before we ar
e one.

Aysha frowns.

Aysha runs a hand down the dagger, staring at it

Aysha bits her lip thoughtfully

Aysha is even more determined to see if the crystal does something.


Aysha prays, 'RECALL!'
Aysha disappears.

Aysha races into the room, and is thankful the crystal is still where she left it.


Aysha picks it up and compares it to the dagger.

They crystal would fit perfectly in the slot between the hilt of the dagger and the blade.

Aysha tries to fit the crystal into the slot.

it goes in with a click, and the blade seperates from the dagger and falls to the floor

Aysha gets An onyx dagger blade.


Aysha frowns.

Aysha gets a wild look in her eyes.

Aysha utters the words, 'shield'.
Aysha is surrounded by a force shield.

Aysha frowns thoughtfully, fingering the hilt.  The blade is the key to destroying someone, probably the wraith who summon
ed her.  But that isnt certain, and the wraith promised to reward her, despite his ominous tone.  Perhaps he could be a gr
eat ally instead of whatever the dead man was trying to accomplish.

Aysha tries to take the crystal out of the slot and hide it in a pocket in her cloak.  

you can't get the crystal out until you slide the blade back in, then the crystal pops out and the blade is locked 
in.

Aysha puts the crystal in a hidden pocket of her cloak.


Aysha recites the scroll to bring the Wraith

You agragag's voice 'Have you found the dagger?'


Aysha says 'yes'

the voice says EXCELLENT!

A Barrage of Lava (Mount Doom)
  The lava leaps out of the mountain, attacking everything around it.  No
part of the mountain for a large radius around the source is uncovered. 
Survival at this point seems bleak.  Nothing escapes the wrath of the Fire
Mountain.  
     Red hot lava covers the ground. [F][excellent]
[......F...S..] The fire of Mount Doom leaps forth and surrounds you.


Aysha arrives from a puff of smoke.

Agragag arrives from a puff of smoke.

Agragag says 'I sense it's presence.  Well done, your "reward" is near.'

Agraga is acting oddly, edging closer to you, then jumping back again, but always staying several yards away from y
ou.


Agragag says 'Th-T-Throw it into the lava.'

Aysha takes a step back from the lava.

Agragag frowns.

Aysha says 'why did you have me get it if you were just going to destroy it?'

Aysha says 'what is this dagger?'

Agragag says 'destroy it NOW!'

Aysha says 'not until you answer me!'

agrag is becoming more and more agitated.

Agragag lunges at you, but then jumps back as if burned.

Aysha holds the dagger in front of her.


Aysha says 'tell me now!'

Aysha falls silent as she meditates.
Aysha utters the words, 'sanctuary'.
Aysha is surrounded by a white aura.

Agragag seems to settle down enough to talk to you.

Aysha says 'why does this dagger bother you so much?'

Agragag says 'it is a dagger of no significance to you, it matters only to me.'

Aysha says 'why?'

Agragag says 'the blade was part of an older dagger, made while i still lived.'

Aysha says 'i'm not the simple seductress you seem to think i am, after i throw the dagger in the lava you'll throw me in.
'

Aysha says 'what was this older dagger?'

Aysha says 'and who were you?'

Agragag grows angry again, and says 'if you Do not throw it in, i will follow you and give you no peace, until your life i
s of no value to you!

Aysha says 'like you did to the man i found in emyn.'

you remember the hands of the previous owner, wrapped around the hilt.


Aysha says 'so it was you he wrote about.'

Agragag says 'once the dagger is destroyed, i will have peace.  I will leave you.'

Aysha says 'you will go mad and kill me in your madness'

Agragag says 'no! there is enough of my mind left to deal with the loss of my power that is bound up in the blade.'

but his darting eyes and twitching hands say otherwise.

Aysha takes her hands back under her voluminous cloak where they are hidden.


Aysha says 'how can i believe that?'

Aysha takes the crystal from the pocket and, holding firmly to the blade, she inserts it so that the blade is in her right
 hand and the hilt in her left now, in two pieces.

Agragag becomes totally calm outwardly, only his eyes reveal his stress. 'Believer because you must.

Aysha says 'why must i?'

Aysha says 'you kill me if i do, and kill me if i dont...why did you summon me in the first place?'

Agragag says 'because if you do not believe it, i will torment you for the rest of your days, or find a way to kill you.  
there is no life for you while that dagger exists'

Aysha gets a wild look in her eyes.

Agragag says 'the dagger must be destroyed, at any cost!'

Aysha says 'WHY?'

Aysha says 'what will destroying the dagger release?'

Agragag says 'it will release ME, from this bane of an existence always drawn to it and repulsed by it'

Aysha says 'does it hold you to life?'

Agragag says 'i will be free to pursue other . . . to do as i please!'

Aysha says 'if your existence is such a bane why don't you just end it?'

Agragag says 'the pull of the dagger is too strong.  I cannot leave it anymore than you can leave your right eye.'

Aysha frowns.

Aysha says 'answer me honestly, bringing me here, did you intend to kill me right after i destroyed the dagger?'

Agragag says 'no, i intend only to see it destroyed and leave!'

he stutters over the word destroyed, as though it pains him to think about it.  his mind is unhinged.

Aysha in one quick motion takes out the blade and throws it directly towards Agragag's heart.

Aysha says 'i don't believe you.'

agragag's eyes follow the dagger in its flight, he seems captivated by it.  He does not try to avoid it, but actual
ly reaches towards it as it flies.

it nicks his hand and sticks in his chest.  Nothing happens.

Agragag says 'how did you seperate it?'

but before you can answer . . .

fire and black blood begin to drip from the wounds in his hand and chest.

Aysha stares and backs away from him.

the drip becomes a flood, and Agragag staggers and moans.

he tries to stagger towards you, but is again repelled by the power of the hilt.

The tear in the wraith's essence grows longer and deeper, until in a flash of light, he is gone.

Aysha looks down at the hilt in her hand.

it is beautiful.  and as the last fires wheren agragag stood burns out, the hilt turns to dust and slips through yo
ur fingers.  Only the bit of crystal is left.

Aysha sits there for a moment to make sure he is really gone.

Aysha returns to her hall to see if she can still meet with the powerful man.  She might as well try with him since she lo
st the power the wraith could have brought her.

Aysha prays, 'RECALL!'
Aysha disappears.
