Dear Mom and Dad,

I have met a wonderful man. He is a soldier. He seems different from the other boys I know. The first time he came to house, he was with the other officers, then he came alone. He treats me like I am someone special. He tells me I am beautiful, and I believe him. He seems to really care about me as a person.

I've seen him two days this week. He kissed me again, and I felt wonderful. I feel safe when he holds me in his strong arms.  I think I'm falling in love. I only hope it lasts, and he is not sent away.

Dear Daisy,

We got your letter last week. We miss you so much. Our house is not the same anymore with out you. I think we need to schedule an appointment though so that we can talk about this whole situation with your letter. Your dad and I are very proud of you so far but this whole thing with the solider is really silly. I think that you should really think about what your doing. Daisy we provided you with a great luxury life don't just through it away for a poor guy that doesn't know what he's going to do with his life. I think that you are a smart girl and that  you will see that this guy can't support you and can't give a luxuries life that a nice rich man can. Any ways there's  not much I can say to you to help change your mind about this whole situation. Although I do  think we should talk about this. So I will scheduled and appointment at this restaurant in your town next Friday at 1:00pm. So I hope to see you there.
