| The west is a place of young life and old life. The West is the place where you are born and die. If you are no where near neither birth nor death than the west holds nothing for you, but the East on the other hand is full of life for those in the middle of their lives. This is why we find people like Tom and Jordan here, they are bored with the west and wanted something more exciting so they came to the east. But the east is uninhabitable for them, they are inadaptable to the way of life in the east, which is why this tragedy occurs to them all. |
