Pool

Pool

Pg. 169 “At two o’clock Gatsby put on his bathing suit and left word with the butler that if anyone phoned word was to be brought to him at the pool.”

-This was sort of ironic because Gatsby as it says on pg. 86 never used his pool.

Pg. 86 “ ‘Well, suppose we take a plunge in the swimming pool.  I haven’t made use of it all summer.”
