The Phillies' 1st-round draft pick was an All-American 1st teamer at the University of Miami. He paid his dues in 1998 and '99 and was called up to the Phils in 2000. He led all rookies in home runs and has established himself as the Phillies' everyday left fielder. After a monster year in 2002, Pat slumped in '03, but has bounced back with a respectable 2004.
