A prediction based on United Nations Agenda 21

Chattanooga is the Head Quarters for the new Regional Development program being implemented in Grundy County and surrounding areas (https://tntourism.securesites.com/) . For "30 pieces of silver" the "indigenous people", and "Human Resources" as the Mountain people are called by the United Nations, are being sold into  partnership with new Regional Development  --  "Eco Tourism" is gypsy medicine once again!  The regional "Eco Tourism" movement is based in the United Nations Charter for "Tourism and Sustainable Development" (http://www.un.org/esa/sustdev/csd/ngo4.pdf)... its guidelines are being applied across the United States at regional levels within the states.   The South Cumberland Mountain region ecological inventory is currently being  collected and evaluated  in accordance with the UN "Sustainable Mountain Development" guide lines (see the South Cumberland State park "Master Plan" report at the Visitor Center in Monteagle-Tracy City Tenn).
