Mission Statement

"Observance of the Constitution is essential to the survival of the Republic and the well being of Americans, their lives, liberties, and property. Those in power must fear the consequences of ignoring, evading, or violating it." - Clarence Carson

Therefore,

Our goal is to preserve inalienable citizens’ rights that have been passed down to us through the diligence, sacrifice and blood of many generations of patriotic Americans and to regain, whenever possible, those that have been lost.

We understand that private property means your land, your home, your body, your children, your religion and your ideas; that liberty and private property are inseparable. We have learned that, as government grows, individual freedom diminishes.

We believe strongly in the constitution of these United States and that of the great state of Tennessee. Therefore we uphold the "founding principles" set down by citizens and patriots like George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Paine and Patrick Henry along with a good measure of common sense contributed by Ben Franklin and his country cousins.

We believe freedom is a great treasure protected by the efforts of those who are willing to shoulder the responsibility to nurture and defend it. We proclaim that this nation is a representative republic built not by governments, academics or opinion polls, but by the freedom and initiative of the rarest of all men, the American individual, the pioneer who traveled on dreams, the inventor born by necessity, and the soldier forged by adversity.

We are proud to be Americans, therefore we follow in the foot steps of the great men who have gone before us like Congressmen and frontiersman Davy Crockett and the brave Tennessee Volunteers.

To Accomplish Our Goals

We will strive to research issues, define laws, evaluate government policies weighing them in the light of history and our constitution. Furthermore, we will strive to educate the public at both State and County levels for the purpose of securing our freedoms and those of our children and grand-children. Tennessee State ACR is a self-actuated group of like-minded individuals, where every member counts.

We need patriots and we need everyday heroes who will stand up for America and who are willing to make the needed sacrifices to preserve and pass along the freedoms we have all enjoyed. If you believe you are one of these you are welcome to become part of our organization.
