Welcome to the Mod Squad, Joedang. You have accepted the moderator position of Lawyer. This is the first staff position and will help you move up in the forum ranks if you choose to do so in the future. Here are the boards you'll be moderating: MyLines Leaderboard Debate ==MyLines Leaderboard== The MyLines Leaderboard is a list of the top ranked video classes, Video of the Week/Month winners, and top 10 posters. Your job is to make sure the MyLines board stays up to date with the latest rank information. You need only to update the board once every 24 hours. To update any rank information, simply edit the post with the appropriate values for each section. To change the rank positions for the top 10 posters, view the Member list and sort by Posts > Descending (exclude the Administrator). ==Debate== The Debate board is a place for members to share their opinions on almost any matter they wish. You have been given the power to issue first warnings to members that violate any of the rules posted either on the Debate board or the Forum Rules on the News board. If you issue a warning to a member, state so in a reply to the thread in question and post the section of the rules that apply to that warning to remind the member of why they were warned. Then, copy their member name and warning type (reason) in a private message to the administrator. Any further warnings or bans will be handled by the administrator. As a Lawyer you are also available to handle a court case. You will be place in the list of available Lawyers and can be summoned by either a member or the administrator to represent that member. Your job as lawyer is to convince the judge or administrator that the member you are representing is innocent of the forum crime they comitted, or you are reviewing their Forgiveness Ticket application.
