How do I find out what classes I need
to graduate?

1.  Visit with your advisor.  Your advisor has access to your academic records and the applicable academic program requirements.  Your advisor will work with you to conduct an informal degree audit, and assist you in planning for the future.

2.  Once you have visited with your advisor, it is helpful to request a formal degree audit from the Registrar's Office at UAS-Juneau.  You may also get a Blank Degree Audit form from the Distance Education Office (click here for contact information), from the Information Counter (747-7701) or from the Advising Center (click here for contact information).  Submit your completed audit request to the Advising Center.

3.  Once the Registrar has completed your degree audit, you will receive a copy in the mail.  At this time, it may be helpful to visit with your advisor to help resolve possible discrepencies or to help you plan for the future.  If your audit seems a bit confusing, your advisor can also help you understand it better.
