WWAW Tuesday Turbo
Airing LIVE 2/6/2001

(We see clips of Turbo, including the attack on Goldberg by Jarrett, Norton, and Kanyon, the "lights out" attack on the Hardyz and Perfect Event, and more.)

("Neckbone" plays, and we go to the opening video of Turbo, including shots of people like Rikishi, Jericho, Jarrett, and Norton in action. We then go inside the Reunion Arena in Dallas, Texas, LIVE for WWAW Tuesday Turbo! We're gonna go directly to the ring, for our first match of the night!)

(The Hardyz music plays as they come out to a good pop.)

(The Deftones "Change" plays next, and Doring and Roadkill come out for their match.)

Danny Doring/Roadkill vs. The Hardyz

Summary: This match was a rematch for the fluke of a match last week at Turbo, where Doring and Roadkill were attacked, and were in no shape to perform against a fresh team in the Hardyz. The match started quickly, and ended quickly, as the opener of the night went to the Hardyz after Jeff and Matt hit the Hardy Bomb.

The Hardy Boyz defeated Danny Doring and Roadkill when J. Hardy pinned Roadkill
after the Hardy Bomb in 0:05:33.

Backstage

(Jacob Goodman is with Chris Kanyon, Jeff Jarrett, and Scott Norton.)

Goodman: Kanyon, you have a match with Chavo Guerrero Jr., and Jarrett and Norton, you too will be teaming up tonight against Jericho and Goldberg.

Kanyon: First off, Goodman, that little midget Chavo, tried to surprise people when he first came onto the scene. Unfortunately for him, he's gotta realize that it's time to get out of the spotlight and let a true man step in it. That man is Positively Chris Kanyon.

Jarrett: Listen up, Jericho and Goldberg, you bumbling slapasses. Norton and I plan on making short work of you tonight, so I hope you are ready. Because it's the Chosen One and his partner and friend in business that are taking over this company, whether any of you jerkasses like it or not.

Norton: Jericho...Goldberg...tonight, will be the beginning of the end for your careers, and I'll make sure of it. It'll begin tonight with our win, and it'll end when you two are lying in hospital beds, something coming sooner than you think... be careful, Chris Jericho... be careful, Bill Goldberg.

(The camera fades out as we go to quick commercials.)

(Commercials)

(We come back to "Come With Me" playing and Steve Corino coming out to a few boos and a few cheers mixed together. We zoom out for a crowd/ring shot and have a few ads, voiced-over by Goodman.)

J. Goodman: WWAW Tuesday Turbo is brought to you by...OWF, the upstart federation...OWF, the best of wrestling of year's past, today...Burger King, where you can have it your way...and Pringles...Pringles, because once you pop, you just can't stop.

(We then go back to the ring, where the DX theme plays and Jesse James come to the ring. Singles action, coming up.)

Steve Corino vs. Jesse James

Summary: The match started out in the favor of James, taking control, and continuing to be in control with little offense from Corino. Corino gains control again with some high-impact moves. James gets to woozy to continue, setting up the Superkick from Corino for a win.

Steve Corino pinned Jesse James with the Superkick in 0:10:51.

(Between matches, we go outside the Reunion Arena, were we see a rent-a-car pulling up. Coming out of the door... It's GOLDBERG! He's in his street clothes, and it looks like he's headed towards the locker room. One of the participants in the tag match for the other tag team, the other is Chris Jericho, later on tonight.)

("Judgement Day" by Method Man plays as Saturn comes out to a pretty fair-sized amount of boos from the crowd.)

(WHAT DOES EVERYBODY WANT?!?! "Rockafella Skank" by Fatboy Slim brings out Al Snow with Head, giving him a good face pop.)

Perry Saturn vs. Al Snow

Summary: Another chance for Saturn to prove his critics wrong came tonight against Al Snow. A weakened Al Snow was no match for Perry Saturn, as Saturn worked on the arms, and locking on the Rings of Saturn at one time, before Al barely managed to squirm his way to the ropes. Saturn then hit a Northern Lights suplex into a bridge, and Al Snow wasn't getting back up.

Perry Saturn pinned Al Snow after a Northern Lights suplex in 0:04:56.

Ladder Match
Rikishi Phatu vs. Mantaur

Summary: The baseball bat hung over 15 feet over the ring, suspended on a cable. The only way to reach it, was by way of a ladder. Sadly, both men would be sure to make sure that this match was as crazy as possible. Remember, the winner is the one who gets to the baseball bat first, and it's possible that after the match the winner will get a chance to use that baseball bat on his opponent. As the match passed the 10 minute mark, it was clear that both men were pretty wore out.
Rikishi had a knee lifted to his face in the corner, knocking Rikishi out for a little bit, while Mantaur set up the ladder. Mantaur tried to climb the ladder, but he didn't realize that Rikishi was getting up and was right behind him... a savate kick later, and Mantaur fell to the ground. Rikishi then went up the ladder, and was within grabbing distance, but Mantaur managed to get up and knock over the ladder. Mantaur hit Rikishi with a lariat after having a whip into the ropes reversed, and then almost got the baseball bat before being knocked off by Rikishi. The match poured out to the ring, where both men brawled it out as the ladder just stood in the ring, waiting for someone to climb it and reach the weapon, and to give the winner's opponent a nice flogging. The match went back into the ring, where Mantaur kicked Rikishi hard in the gut and climbed up the ladder. Mantaur was almost there, but Rikishi knocked it down with a savate kick. At this point, both men are so exhausted, they can hardly move. The fans are cheering them on every step of the way, surprisingly. Then, Mantaur headbutted Rikishi, and climbed up the ladder... he's almost there...almost...NO!! SAVATE KICK! DOWN GOES MANTAUR! DOWN GOES MANTAUR! Rikishi set the ladder back up and tried to climb it himself... he's getting there... Mantaur is trying to get to his feet... almost, so close!! Mantaur pulls him down! Rikishi turns around to Mantaur, and hits a couple of vicious headbutts. Mantaur is holding his head after these, and Rikishi climbs the ladder. Almost there... he's getting there... Rikishi needs to climb one more rung. Mantaur is getting up... no! RIKISHI GETS THE BASEBALL BAT!

No-Time-Limit-No-Countout-No-DQ-Ladder Match
Rikishi Phatu defeated Mantaur in 0:17:53.
Rating: -**

Rikishi had the bat, and Mantaur got a nice heaping of it as he staggered to his feet. Rikishi repeatedly flogged Mantaur with the bat after the match, and the smacks of the bat just seemed to get louder... finally, a brigade of refs came down to save the day and carry Rikishi away. Rikishi laughed in a evil way as we go to commercials.

(We come back from commercials... "Where The River Flows" blares by Collective Soul, as Kanyon comes to the ring, as boos ring through the crowd. Kanyon slides into the ring and takes a mic.)

Kanyon: Texas... you know, you guys are pretty interesting. Just as much as the Cowboys suck, you guys are all a bunch of redneck, cross-eyed dumbasses. Tonight, I'll be facing Chavo Guerrero Jr., who I hear is from a part of Texas. Don't you worry, Texans, I'll be sure to make you proud of Positively, the greatest hero that ever lived.

("One Step Closer" blares as Chavo comes down to the ring.)

Chavo Guerrero Jr. vs. Chris Kanyon

Summary: Kanyon hit a cheap low blow, followed by a Kanyon Cutter, to come back to take the victory.

Chris Kanyon pinned Chavo Guerrero Jr. with the Kanyon Cutter in 0:06:19.
Rating: ** 1/4

After the match, Kanyon walked off celebrating his victory, but he didn't bother to turn around...TO SEE GOLDBERG!! DA MAN IS HERE!! Kanyon saw him, gulped, and turned around to make a run for it, but he didn't get far, as Goldberg grabbed him by the hair and started to drag him towards the ring. Kanyon was in the ring and getting up, only to get a vicious SPEAR. Goldberg got a mic, and said that Jarrett and Norton were next.

Backstage

(Jacob Goodman is with WWAW Tag Team Champions, Kronic.)

Goodman: Kronic, you're facing the Perfect Event again tonight in a non-title match. Rumor has it that the mystery attackers will show their faces tonight on live television.

Adams: Jacob, tonight, we're worried about winning, not about some mystery attackers. And that's the bottom line, to tell the truth.

(Kronic walks off.)

Non-Title Match
The Perfect Event vs. Kronic

Summary: Kronic won the match awfully quickly after Clark hit a powerslam on Stasiak, and Palumbo failed to break the pin.

Non-Title-Match
Kronic defeated Chuck Palumbo and Shawn Stasiak when Bryan Clark pinned
Shawn Stasiak after a powerslam in 0:04:06.

After the match..

Clark: Hey, you two goofballs that have been attacking us... come out here, because we want to beat your ass face to face, and man to man.

The lights go out... oh shit...

When they come back, Kronic is laid out. And smack dab in the middle of the ring... is VAMPIRO AND THE GREAT MUTA!! HOLY SHIT!! HOW DID THEY GET HERE?!?! The fans and myself thought they were having a little trouble down south, but I had no idea that they'd be coming here! Vampiro's got a mic.

Vampiro: Tonight is not the end for any of the teams out there, it isn't even the beginning. Tommorow, is the true beginning.

(Vampiro and The Great Muta walk off, leaving the fans in a state of shock.)

Backstage

(Jacob Goodman is with Chris Jericho.)

Goodman: Chris Jericho, you'll be teaming tonight will Bill Goldberg to take on Jeff Jarrett and Scott Norton. Any thoughtS?

Jericho: In fact, yes. Jarrett, Norton, tonight, you both are going to suffer the bitter taste of defeat that I felt at Winter Blast, when me and Goldberg run rampant, all over Texas, and all over your asses! So be ready Jarrett, and be ready Norton, because according to my partner, YOU'RE BOTH NEXT!

(Jericho walks off... it's Jericho and Goldberg vs. Norton and Jarrett, next!)

(Commercials)

Main Event
Chris Jericho and Bill Goldberg vs. Jeff Jarrett and Scott Norton

Summary: Goldberg and Norton apparently couldn't hide their hatred for each other, as late in the match, they brawled, and ended up in the crowd. Unfortunately, that left Jericho alone with an armed Jarrett.
Jericho managed to lock on the Walls of Jericho after reversing a kick by Jarrett, but Jarrett fought his way out of the hold after 20 seconds. Jarrett hit a DDT on Jericho, and then grabbed Jericho and hit him with the Stroke, and won the match! Another clean win over Jericho by Jarrett!

Jeff Jarrett and Scott Norton defeated Chris Jericho and Bill Goldberg when
Jarrett pinned Chris Jericho with the Stroke in 0:11:36.
Rating: * 1/4

After the match, Jarrett got his guitar, while Norton and Goldberg came down the ramp, still brawling. Norton whipped Goldberg into the steps HARD, and then threw him into the ring, where Jarrett was waiting for him to get up...GUITAR SHOT!! DOWN GOES GOLDBERG!! Once again, the show ends with Jarrett celebrating.

**END OF SHOW**
