Tennessee State Route 385 runs ins two sections in Sehlby County. One runs from U.S. Rt. 51/Tennessee State Route 3, near Millington, to Interstate 40, near Arlington, in Northern Shelby County. The section section is from Intetrstate 240, near Memphis, to U.S. Rt. 72/Tennessee State 86, neara Collierville. The section from Collierville to Arlington is set to opened by 2012. In future plans, the section from Millington to Arlington, and the to be built section from Collierville to Arlington will become Interstate 269, when Interstate 69 reaches Memphis, in Tennessee.
