There's talk you might topple the Backstreet Boys as the number on boy group in Europe!...... They want music to be real, I think. Take the Spice Girls - a single like 'Wannabe' works here because it worked everywhere, but those kind of groups tend to die quickly here, because Australians won't take that. There's got to be some kind of talent and depth.

How do you chill out after a gig? Say you have a late gig and then you have to get up at 9am to check out of a hotel? What do you do?...... Struggle

Have you bought anything extravagant with your earnings?.......... We should trade some albums for something! We aren't going to get anywhere by just taking the money we earn and spending it on ourselves.

What is the worse thing you've ever read about yourself in the media?...........It called us a manufactured group and, you know, we're not. If this guy had done his research he would have known.

Have you had any obsessive fans?........We've gotten a couple of dirty letters. Mike got a dirty poem!

Lastly, what do you look forward to getting up to while your overseas?..... Go-karting! When we're travelling around Australia, if we've got a spare hour or two, we always go go-karting. I think Phil already went over in Frankfurt once.

What's the reaction been like with your ever changing hairdo?........It's been pretty good....I think the most violent reaction was from my mum, but a lot if people seem to like it. At all the instores we've been doing and the tours, everybody's saying "Oh I love your hair!"

Toby, in the CD slick from Telling Everybody, you thank Andrew, Mike and Phil for having you back. Did you leave at one stage?....... When we were in year 12, we were participating in a series of concerts for the;School Spectacular around exam time. With all the rehearsals, mum got really stressed, she nagged me to study quite a bit. I decided I was going to do my HSC and concentrate on it, but then they moved back the dates for the School Spectacular. So I was only out of the band for a month.

Do you keep all the presents you're given by fans?........I think the four of us are developingthe biggest stuffed teddy collection ever. It seems to be the favourite that people give is, to say thank-you for the music, I suppose. We generally keep a lot of the stuff.

What kind of stuff do your fans mostly throw up on stage?...... Teddy bears and flowers.

What, you haven't had any knickers thrown on stage?...... Somebody threw a garter on stage one night. Mike sort of looked at it confused. He didn't really know what to do with it, so he tried it on on the stage!! hahaha

What do you wear to bed?.... Nothing!

Which song do you enjoy performing the most?.......I always enjoy Telling Everybody. It just seems to really kick live, especially with the live band. It's just got that extra punch in it!

What's the biggest problem that you guys have encountered being an Australian group?......Probably the comparisons. We get compared to Take That but we're nothing like them except that we're white and a group. And bands like CDB, but they're more R&B than us. It's obvious when you listen to the music that we're unique.

Out of the four of you, who'd be the first sing Karaoke?.......None of us, we don't do Karaoke. We sing everyday why would we do it when we go out? It's like taking a carpenter out to dinner and asking him to fix the table.

If you could do a duet with a female singer, who would it be?.........Celine Dion. She's got an incredible voice. In fact when it was her birthday, we sang Happy Birthday to her.

If you could use any female star in your next video, who would it be?...... Alicia Silverstone, Naomi Campbell, Linda Evangelista, Claudia Schiffer.....Does it have to be just one?

What's the one thing you'll never understand about girls?.......Why they liked Melrose Place and why they have to go to the bathrooms in pairs.
