Dougal and the Blue cat (1st Magic Roundabout movie)
	A bizare movie, to say the least, done in the stock motion of the TV series. Dougal and the Blue Cat, hereafter known as DBC, was released in 1970. I haven't seen this movie, so I can only give the plot from the transcript, which I do have. A Blue cat, named Buxton, arrives in the Garden. Buxton, however, has plans for world domination. Upon entering an old abandoned factory in the Garden, he is found by the myserious Madame Blue, who is heard but never seen. She sets him a series of challenges, before delcaring him worthy of her cause. Butxon and his army soon go about turning everything blue, and anyone that ISN'T blue is trapped in a dungeon. Dougal, the only one not trusting of the cat, is the only one not captured, and so he goes about fooling Buxton that he is on the cat's side. The movie's climaz includes a trip to the moon, which crash-lands back to earth, thwarting the plans of Buxton and Madame Blue. Buxton, ashamed, ends up becoming good..and slightly less blue. It's one hell of an odd story, but from the looks of it, it has a smashing soundtrack.
