The date was Thursday, October 31st, 2002.  It was Halloween.  This is a true story about two men who knew what they wanted, burritos.  Are they a little off?  Probably.  Are they a little strange?  Some would say so.  Are they grizzly men?  No.  But are they hungry?  You damn well better believe it.  Below is the story of their historic night.  It will be one you will never forget.
It all started on October 30th, the day before All Hallow's Eve.  I, Todd Makowski (Ski), recieved an e-mail from chipotle.com which told me that if I was to dress up as a burrito, that they would give me a free one.  This was a one-day-a-year opportunity.  I had a vision from this, a vision that would change burrito history.  I immediately informed my friend Grant Polachek (GP) about my idea.  The idea was to go trick-or-treating, but not for candy, oh contraire mon fraire.  I visioned us trick-or-treating for burritos.  GP said the plan was go.  So it was on, two men, one mission, to get burritos.
First things first.  Neither GP nor I looked like burritos so we had to do something about that.  So after we both got out of school on Halloween, we both headed to Super K-Mart to burritofy ourselves.  We found some turkey basins which we could bend in half, a roll of duct tape,  and a shit load of aluminum foil.  So we checked out our goods and headed back to headquarters, also known as Ski's house.  So we combined the tukey basin, the duct tape, some of my parents newspapers (which they didn't read yet), and the aluminum foil, until we had some sexy burrito hats.  I only have one word that could describe our finished project, saucy.  So we had the first step done, our costumes.  But, we needed to prep now.  Therefore, we went online and printed out a list of the twenty closest Chipotle' restaurants in our area.  That step was simple.  And so was the next, we took a huge cooler on wheels that we found in my garage and filled it with ice-packs and ice that was then layered over with some of the left over aluminum foil.  This gave us a nice cozy place to store our burritos while traveling.  We then placed everything we needed in the car and were ready for action.
With everything set, our mission was clear, to get as many burritos as posible in this one night.  Our goal was to hit ten differnt Chipotle's.  It was highly set, but for good reason.  We needed to set a goal, because the ability to set goals is what sets us apart from apes.  So we grabbed our sunglasses, the infamous Blue-Blockers and the brokenOakleys, then set off to our first stop... The Streets of Woodfield!!!
