Hi! My name is Alissa and I am currently taking courses to become an Elementary Education Teacher. I will be student teaching this fall and will get my degree from Eastern Illinois University this December. If you are visiting my webpage more than likely you are becoming a teacher yourself or perhaps you are one of the lucky ones and you are already finished and have a teaching job. What I am hoping to do is create a website that will offer links to great ideas for students becoming teachers as well as ideas for those who already have students of their own. I will also have a message board so that we can post all of our great creative ideas to share with everyone. We are all in this for the same reason....to be fantastic role models for the children and to spark their interest in learning. So, I hope we can meet lots of new people and get a lot of neat ideas.
