    Nothing is known of Rahvin before the Collapse.

    He did hold numerous military commands and political offices under the Shadow. It was in the political arena, however, that his abilities truly shone. "He is credited with causing several regions to surrender to the Dark One's forces without actual invasion."

    According to certain texts, his two major weaknesses were women and flattery.

    Upon his release from the Bore, he assumed the name of Lord Gaebril and seduced Queen Morgase of Andor. He was killed with balefire by Rand al'Thor.
