If a company decides to establish new factory in my community, there are both merit and demerit.  But empirically establishment of new factory will bring our community more lucrative effect.  It is because a big company has staple factory near my house, which lead to the development of my community.

 

   First of all, the factory will increase population of our town which activate our community.   The economy of our town will be enhanced.  New commer settle down and spend money in my town.  The tax avenue will increase too, which might improve welfare service and local public facility.  In this way, the new factory might make our town more convenient.
 
  However, establishment of the big factory and the following increase of population have possibility of new trouble.  If the factory never care about residence's trouble and entropy, the living condition of our residential area will be worsen.  The air and water might be polluted, which damage people's health.  The heavy noise and low frequency from the motor of machines in the factory will annoy us.  Since the level of low frequency is not refrained legally in my country, Japan, whether or not the locals can be protected from high level of low frequency is totally depending on the conscience and moral of owner of the factory. 
 
  In this way, the new factory will bring our community more conveninet and wealthy life but we cannot deny its potential risk of aggravation of our living environment.   However, actually the factory's influence can be successful one by the endeavor of the company.  In fact, there is already a large car factory in my community.  Since the factory and the company which has the big factory have amicable relationship with us, residence near the factory, there is little complaint about the its management.  The fact that many of my neighbors are employees of the factory and the owner company is of course one of its staple reasons but the company have had great effort to keep its sound relationship with residence.  Our living condition is never destroyed by the factory.  Moreover,  the company has greatly contributed to the development of my hometown by establishing a well-furnished hospital, comparatively large supermarket, vocational training school  and accept people including pupils in local school to visit to learn how to produce their products, automobile, track and so on.   Thanks to these effort, our residencial area has become more convenient to live in.   Thus, if the new factory make an effort to friendly relationship with locals like the car company, I would like to support the plan of establishment of the new factory.
