If I can change one important thing in my hometown, I would establish public middle school near my hometown.  Now junior high school students in my community have to go by bus and it is time waster for students.

The present junior high school is in distant place.  Graduates from three elementary schools go to the school.  One elementary school is next to the upper school but lest two schools, both of which are established in my hometown and in very distant places. Therefore most students in the junior school go to school by bus.

Bus commute is painful for students. When I was a junior high school student, it took about twenty minutes to commute. I was one of comparatively lucky students who live in the nearest area of the school among residences.  My friends coming from new residencial area, far from the school of my hometown took almost one hour to reach the destination.  Students have to wait for bus sometimes for a long time because of not punctual bus coming even under heavy rain, cold and hot weather.  Bus commute robs students of their precious time and money.  I think that public school should be established near the local people since this inconvenience is injustice.  Do you think the situation is reasonable,  where more than 50 % of students use bus to go to public school?

Some might say that the population of junior high school student in my hometown is too small to make new school.  However this analysis is wrong.  Actually, as I said before, my hometown has broad area enough to have two public elementary schools.  Thinking about these painful situation and population of my hometown, I have to conclude it governments' negligence. This is therefore, the most thing I would like to change in my hometown.
