<< I think the most important or desirable characteristics of my co-workers is the ability of coming to the office on time. As I am an university student now, I'm not certain if that is a desirable quality for a worker. But in my class, many students don't come on time in the morning. I think come to the class to be late is rude for the teacher. Another important qualities of a co-worker is the ability of communicating with other co-workers. I think the ability of communicating is one of the most important characteristics at any kinds of jobs. If you have an ability of communicating, your co-worker can easily speak to you and ask you some help. But if you don't communicate with others so much and your co-worker hesitate to ask you some help, you will be alone in your office. I think most jobs can not be done by oneself. One of my friends lacks the ability of remembering other friends' names. He often ask me the name of someone in our class. I think that is a problem. Because I think remembering other co-worker's name is also an important characteristics. You may think that all the characteristics I have stated above are not so important. I agree if you think of jobs such as a writer or a mathematician. But if you think of jobs such as a businessman or a doctor or a teacher, you may be wrong. That is, if your office have more than 5 or more co-workers, you must have characteristics I have stated above. Then do you think the ability of drinking with your co-workers is necessary? My answer is yes and no. Some of my friends don't like drinking with their co-workers. Because, for them, work time and their leisure time is different. So they don't want to enjoy drinking with their co-workers. I think that is reasonable. And I also sometimes feel like that. But I sometimes want to drink or play with my co-workers. Because by doing so, I can get or make something that can not get by drinking with my friends. I think all people have three dimensional world, that is co-workers, friends, and family. Someone may hate to play with his friends. Someone may not like communicate with his co-workers or someone may not marry and don't have a family. But I think all the three factors are important for one's life. And I want to have good co-workers and good friends and a good family. I myself also want to be a good-coworker, one of the best friends, and a good father. Life is only one times, so I want to everything as possible as I can in this world.
