In my country, teenagers are allowed to do part time job or full time job while they are students.   There are lots of senior high school and college students doing part time job in coffee shop, fast food restaurant, book store and so on.  There are both advantage and disadvantage in teenagers' working as I explain later.  However on balance working while studying can become great experience for the young workers and therefore they should admit the right to work as a workers even if they are students.

 

  Labor brings students reward or salary which can be precious money for their tuition fee.  There are lots of students who cannot afford to pay their tuition fee without their own working around the world.  Some students can gain scholarship but not all the students can.  In fact, my senior high school prepare lectures for night students, who usually work as full time or part time workers.  Some of my  classmates did part job to support their family.  Therefore labor is significant opportunity to gain neccesary for such students to continue to learn at the school. 

 

  Experience of working itself is educational for students.  Trough working as an worker in our society, they learn to have responsibility to their job to complete it.   It is because they are treated as a worker in the workshop.   Their reward will not only please them but also tell the importance of money by making them realize the harshness to gain money by themselves.  Working experience will give students crucial chance to look for their favorite things or future job. 

 

  Despite these merit of young people's working, it has disadvantage, reducing students time for studying subjects.   Working at restaurant or other places physically limit their studying time in front of their desk.   The less they study the subjects, the worse their grades might become.  Moreover, those who do part time jobs to get their allowance might be devoted to gaining money at the cost of their precious time for study.  Excessive working of students can prevent students from studying.

 

 In this way, working while studying have good and bad influence on students.  It provides students money and experience at the same time demand to use their time efficiently in order to prepare studying time.  Therefore, as conclusion, students' labor is good thing if only they have ability to prepare time both for doing job and for studying.
