For a long time, most of my countries had employed their workers until they retired at sixty years old.  There had been comparatively small number of people who change their work.  With hiring employees' for their entire lives, many of companies in Japan develop their technologies and innovative goods, which had played an important part in enhancing our economy.  Now, lots of enterprises start to employ workers who have experienced job in other companies and lay off employees before they become sixty years old.   However,  I think that employing workers until sixty years old is the best way for company to gain many competent and hard-working workers.  In fact, life long employment had make good result in my country.

Life long employment let the workers love the work place.  Workers can have not only their stable salary but also feel attachment to their company.  With the special feeling, personnels work hard to develop their company as if they protect their family members.

Some might fear that life long employment make workers lazy.  But it is wrong analisys.  They cannot find job in other workshops.   Under the employing system, other companies employ their workers until they become sixty years old.   There are few people who can change their jobs in other companies.   Therefore they work hard to prevent bankruptcy of their company.

Secondly life long employment enables workers to know with one another, which is essential for them to share works based on their own abilities and opinions.  With the knowledge of what other workers can do well or they are familier with, workers can count on others and concentrate on their own familiar and favorite parts of the job.

In this way, life long employment have great merits that improve the quality of the company's job as a whole and in fact, as I mentioned repeatedly, many companies have had good result with the system in my country.  Thus, I would like to agree with the idea that businesses should hire their workers for their entire lives to keep high quality of companies' jobs.
