All people can live at least at the lowest level. But I know that all workers don't work as their employers want to. That can be said about the students in a university. Some students may study hard and get high scores in the examination. But some students play too much and don't study so hard. To make such students work, most universities conduct examination and if they get low scores in the test, the professor does not give them the credit of the class. I think this system works very well. Because most students want to graduate their university with their classmates. If they can get enough credits to graduate, they must spend extra one year in their university. I want to suggest this system apply to the company. In my country, most workers earn much money as they get older. If one employee does not do a good job, he can get the same amount of money with his co-workers. I think this system must be changed especially in democartic countries. We have rights to get the money relative to our works. The working quantity is not matter. The working quality is important. If a company give much money to a competent worker, other workers will make effort to improve or increase their ability. By doing so, I believe efficiency of the work will increase and the income of the company will also increase. On top of that, hiring the employees all through their lives will be beneficial to the company. |
