Large company have strong connection in various fields and money for business management, which make large amount of benefit. Employee in large company can gain more money as the reward than workers in middle or small company. This money will guarantee my stable and wealthy life. Therefore, I want to be a worker of a large company. Workers of a large company have social states to some extent. You might regard me as an arrogant person who boast of my states. However, social states make me responsible person. When I feel others' expectation toward my job, I make the greatest effort to complete my job to have responsibility to my job. Finally, specialized work in a large company gives me many chance to make the most of my ability. Large company have lots of workers who do specialized job in each section. When workers have to do job different from their familiar job, they can count on other employee who are good at doing the job. Therefore, I will be able to do more favorite works, which put me less stress than unfamiliar works. Jobs at the company will be more enjoyable. I want to lead stable, wealthy, and not stressful life and large company will bring me such a life. Therefore, I would like to work at a large company.
