I think most people prefer to work for a large company. And to be employed by such a company, many students in Universities make their effort. I think the advantage to enter a large company is its garuntee. That is, once you have employed by such a company, you may continue your job all through your life. So to enter a large company means to have a safe and wealthy life until your retirement. On top of that, you can get a large amount of money when you retire such a company at 65 years old or so. On the other hand, if you enter a small company, you always have a risk to lose your job. That means such a company does not have enough funds or investments to employ unnecessary employers. But I think a small company has more potential to grow than a large company. It is true that a large, mature company has lots of power and investments to compete in this world. But I think such a company has already grown up enough and one employer in that company can not make the best of his creativity. On the other hand, if you enter a small company, perhaps you can do your job as you want. That means, you can make the best of your ability. If you have some idea, you can tell your boss, and you may be allowed to carry out the plan immediately. So the point is whether you want to have a safe and somewhat conservative job, or you want to have a fragile but tough work. To have read my essay, you may think that I want to work for a small company. You may think so because I have stated as if a large company does not offer us a chance to do our best. And I have implyed the possibility of a small company to grow. I think it is true but I don't say I love to work for a small company. That is, I like to work for a large company. I think so because I love a safe and happy life. If there are two ships in a harbor, and one is a big one and the other is a small one, I don't hesitate to ride the big ship. Which do you prefer?
