<< I agree with the statement. I think the face-to-face communication is better than other types of communication. I even think that face-to-face communication is best of all types of communication. I think so because when I talk with someone, I don't just talk with him or her. When I talk with someone face-to-face, I can get much information from his or her reactions. I think that can not be done by using a telephone. I think facial expressions give me lots of information to me. I know from facial expressions whether he or her agrees with me or not. Yesterday, I read in a newspaper that a medical robot is made in my country. The robot enables a doctor to see his or her patient from remote areas. By using the robot, doctors can write a diagnosis without face-to-face cummunication with the patient. I welcome the developement in the medical technology if that can reduce the stress of a patient. Patients who live in a rural area, can be seen by specialists who live in a city by using the robot. So patients don't need to take an effort to go far away. But I still think that it is important for a doctor to touch directly his or her patient. And I think that all doctors and medical students admit the importance of the face-to-face communication. So I think that a robot must be used as a side tool. On the other hand, we can communicate very effectively on the internet. By using this method we can communicate with people otherwise we don't even know each other. For example, I write one English essay everyday and I upload the file on the internet. You may think that it is not necessary for me to write on the internet if I only want to improve my writing skill. But I dare to do that on the internet because by doing so I can get two benefits. One benefit is by feeling to be read my essays by other people, I can continue my efforts everyday. If I write my essay on my notebook as an old type of diary, I will give up writing it in a several days. The other benefit is by reading my essay, I expect someone to show me his or her essay. By reading his or her essay, I think I can also improve my English ability. On top of that, it is very fun to read someone's essay. And I'm sure it can not be done without using a computer.
