<< Before I start writing, I must say my age. I am 22 years old and I think this age is in some sense not young. I think so because I believe the main people who influence our society are high school students. I think especially schoolgirls influence our society very much. You may seem my opinion as strange. But I think their influence to the finance is very important. For example, in my country, "PriCula" was boomed several years ago. "PriCula" is the abbreviation of "Print Club" taht enables us to make our instant seal of our photos. Though it costs only 300 yen (about 3 U.S. dollars) at a time, many schoolgirls took the picture many times and that resulted in a large amount of profits of the company which invented the machine. So I think, to make my home town appealing, we make something that can entertainment schoolgirls. But to make my home town appealing for people of my age, that means to make my town appealing for university or college students, what can we do? I think the most desirable change is to make some place to sports. For example, my neighboring prefecture made a indoor snowboarding space. I think that is very appealing because in that building, we can snowboard all around year. On top of that, we can do the sport whatever the weathe is. Before having built the building, we could not play the sport on a rainy day but now, we can enjoy snowboarding on such a day. Then, one problem occurs. That is the moeny, a financial problem. We can think upon everything we desire and dream of. But we can not carry out the plan immediately. Because it is very expensive to make such a building. It is certain that we gain money by the visitors or customers of the place. But if few visitors come to the place, or people think the place not attractive, what can we do? We may be fall into a debt. That must be avoided. So we must think other charming points that don't need much money. I can not think of it immediately. But I believe to keep our town clean is most attractive. That is, to live comfortably and to have a nice morning everyday, we must always keep our town clean. And I believe that can appeal to all age of people.
