| << I disagree with the statement. I admit that the money a person earns is an important aspect of a job but I don't think it is the most important aspect. I love money and I want to earn much money in the future. And when I chose what types of university I enter, I took money into my consideration. But I don't think people don't work just for money. I think what kinds of job a person does is one of the most important characteristics of the man. I mean a job is life itself. I think so because most workers spend their time for their work. For example, workers in my country begins their work at 9:00 and end their work at 17:00. On top of that, many workers in my country usually work until late at night, though that does not directly lead to their increased salary. So most people in my country use one-third of their life for their job. And many people spend another one-third for their sleep. To think all of these facts, we can conclude that the money we earn can be spent in the last one-third. But in my country, many people work just for money, and I know some of them. They work just for money because they need money for specific reasons. For example, they have some debt or their parents have some debt. In that case, they work just for money, that is, if they find other job that can give them more money, they change their jobs without any hesitation. So they don't necessarily love their jobs. In most cases, they have other favorite things they want to do as their jobs. I sometimes think that when I say money is not a primary reason for work, this is just because I have wealthy parents. I don't mean my parents have much money. My father does not earn much money but his salary is enough to raise up me and my brother. If I have born in other circumstances, if I have born under family or in a poor country, I may think that money is the most important factor for our job. But for me, job is still a life, that means there are many people who have more money than me as well as there are many people who have less money than me. So I think under what circumstance we have born, the most important thing is to enjoy our life. And as long as almost all people in the world spend their time for their job, I think it is important to enjoy our job. |
