You might think it natural for company pursue its benefit. I admit company's first priority is to make great effort to make benefit as much as possible and expand its business. However I do not agree with the idea that company can infringe others' right to live a life safely and healthy in order to make benefit. It is because such kind of fundamental right is given to everyone living on the earth.

To guarantee everyone's fundamental right, company should not aggravate environmental condition, which can serious effect on our living condition. Pleas imagine that a company start to operate its factories near your house, all the day, even at night in order to make their productivity more efficient. You might be insomnia because of heavy noise or low frequency. Even if the company improved its business condition and its products are useful, if the way bother others, the residents might begin making campaign to oust the company.

Company should observe any law in the countries where it does business. As you know, law keeps order to protect every people's right to lead a normal life. A Company also enjoy the normal condition which is protected by the law and therefore, it has obedience to keep the law. Breaking the law so as to promote its business is unfair. If so, company should give up its right to make business in the country.

Lastly but not the least, respecting others' right is not against the company's benefit in the most cases. In fact, environmental protection makes benefit as business. Now people are conscious to environment and support company which develop ecological products. On the contrary, if a company ignore others' right, it will be blamed and lose its trust.
