I want to work for someone else. As I study medicine in my university now, I will be a doctor and work in some hospital in near future. And we, medical students have mainly three choices. One is to be a basic medicine, that is, to do some research in a laboratory. But most medical students in my country don't be a researcher, because the income of a researcher is lower than that of a clinical doctor. So, for example, in my university, we have 100 students in our class, but only 1 or 2 become researchers. Another choice we have is to be a clinical doctor, a common doctor you can imagine, and work for a university or other big hospitals. The income of a clinical doctor is higher than that of a researcher, but that is still lower than the income of a primary care doctor. Primary care doctors are community doctors, and they own their hospitals by themselves. And in my country, such primary care doctors earn much money. They usually own three or four luxurious cars.

I have said mainly about the income of the doctor above. But for me, only an income is not a problem, because I want to work for a university hospital or for some other large hospitals. If I want to earn much money, I must be have my own hospital, if that is a small hospital. I want to be employed because, I want to do some tough jobs. In my country, community doctors don't treat difficult diseases. If they find such heavy diseases, they transfer the patient to some big hospital. This is because the staffs and expensive instruments. The treatement of heavy diseases usually require some expensive instruments, and community hospitals can not own such expensive machines. So they can not treat such heavily patients. If I can not earn so much money as them, I still want to do some difficult, tough jobs. So I want to be employed by a large hospital.

But after retirement, what can I do? Most employed doctors in my country become self-employed doctor after their retierment. By doing so, they can do the job until they can not move. My father, an urinary surgeon, is employed by a large hospital and he will work for the hospital until his retirement. And he hopes to have his own small hospital after his retirement. He says that he will rent one floor of some building and do his work there. You may be surprised about one floor of the building. But in my country, especially in a big city, it is very natural for a doctor to have his own hospital in only one floor of a building. But to tell the truth, I don't want to work after my retirement. I want to enjoy rest of my life to the full. I promise to work very hard until my retirement, and earn much money. But I don't want to work as an old doctor. One of my dreams is to play some musical instrument, though I have not ever played such an instrument. So after my retirement, I don't want to have any work, and I want to practice playing a musical instrument such as piano or something.
