You may think that to hire an experienced worker is better, because they can do the work more effectively. But I prefer to hire an inexperienced worker. I think so because I can educate the worker from the beginning. In my country most students have some job after they graduate from their university. And most of them can be said to be inexperienced workers. However well they study while they are students, most of them must learn the practical skill of the job from the beginning. For example, a young doctor can not do nothing after they pass the national test of medical licence. Though the doctor has a licence as a doctor, he does not differ from medical students so much. To be able to do sufficient work, a young doctor must be trained for several years under some supervisors.

So no one can be an experienced worker from the beginning. That means, if you want to hire some experienced workers, they must be older than inexperienced workers. I think young workers are very important for a company, though they can not do their jobs sufficiently. I think the most important asset for a worker is his or her love to the company. So if you hire some competent worker from some other company, can you truely trust the worker? On the other hand, if you educate the beginner, and it is clear that he or she becomes a competent worker in the future. Then I think that the worker can do more effective job than the worker who has worked for some other company for many years. In my country, most companies hire their employees as inexperienced young workers, and train them to be experts. That means, most companies in my country hire their workers all through their lives.

But recently, some companies in my country tend to hire an experienced worker at a high salary. They believe that that leads to the restructuring of the company. They restructure their company by cutting of some inexperienced but older workers. I admit that they success cost effective restructuring in some sence. But in the long span, I think it is better to hire their employees all through their lives. I think so because that is the spirit of us, Japanese. We call the spirit "Samurai Spirit". One School havs many students, and some are good at studying, some may be good at playing some sports, and others may not good at especially nothing. But they are all the students of the school. At the same time, parents have children, one may be inferior, and another may be superior, but they are both lovely children. I want to say that if a company wants to be a big, famous company, the company must have variety of employees. I mean, an experienced worker does not necessarily do a good job in the long span.
