| 22/F/Japan>>> TOEFL CBT 223 (5.0) Before mentioning my choice of worker, I would like to explain my own situation, employer's situation. IIf I start to run a new company, after having enough career as an translator, I would like to establish company which dispatch translators or interpreter depending on offer say, in a conference or companies. Therefore, when I start managing the company, what I can declare to have much is only the experience of working as a translator. Thinking about this point, I would prefer to hire an experienced worker. As the president of the company, I expect the worker to do the following things. Firstly I want the employee to tell me the know-how of business management as the brain of my company. As I mentioned at the beginning, my career as an employer is insufficient. Therefore I need to seek much advice about management to worker who have much experience and knowledge of management. The experienced worker will be helpful for me to do adequate management. Secondly, I need hire many intelligent workers with the smallest amount of cost. Therefore, I expect the experienced worker to educate young workers. The elder worker of course educate the youths effectively with his/her much experience. Although at first, I have only one worker who can work well, his/her good education will increase competent workers. Moreover, there is only one person whom I have to pay high salary. Therefore employing one experienced worker is very reasonable to increase competent workers. |
