things to reduce the stress depending on my financial, physical and mental
condition. I will explain how to deal with my stress in each condition in
more detail.
Reading books or watching movies is the best way to
deal with stress. Books and film works provide me lots of interesting
stories. I can think about many things different from my daily stressful
life which let me escape from problems I have in daily life. I am devoted
in the film or literature works so that I sometimes spend all the day to read
books or watch a few movies and spend about four thousands yen only for ticket
fee.
Such works have various themes and therefore I need to choose their theme carefully not to remember my troubles from the works themselves. Among the literature, essay and mystery are suitable. Especially I like Sadao Shoji's essays very much. As for film, action movies, like Jacky Chain’s “Rush Hour 2” are suitable for me to forget stressful things. Although I want to spend doing such things, as I said
before it takes too much time and I cannot always have enough time, In this
situation, I want to talking with my friends on the telephone. Talking
with friends reduce my stress too. I can not only consult them but also enjoy
talking about many interesting things. This way needs comparatively short
time; If I call them, it takes about a few hours to finish talking. Only
having lunch with them is also effective way in the same point of view.
However talking with my friends sometimes rather invites the situation where I
need more time. The day before yesterday, I called my friend and enjoyed
talking about an hour but we felt like meeting her and decided to taking at her
home. After all, I visited her home and stayed overnight with other
several friends. Of course it was very fun but it cannot be
effective way to have a rest, which make me physically tired to be too devoted
in playing with them to study later.
