<<      I like doing work by hand. I think hand is one of the most important structure in human. By using our hand, we can do variety of things. For example, by typing messages we can write a document on a computer screen. But by the development of a computer technology, machines begin to take place some works of humans.      In my country, we often eat "Sushi-food". You might hear about Sushi, because Sushi is a very famous food presenting my country. If you don't know anything about Suchi, don't worry. I will explain a little about Sushi. Susih is a very simple food which is made of only rice and raw fish. To make Sushi, first, you use your hand and make a little amount of rice into a ball shape. I said "ball shape", but in fact, you don't have to make Sushi so large. "The ball" is so small that it can be included only by one hand. Then you can put any slice of fish you like on top of the "ball". Only you have to do is all that. You can eat your Sushi with traditional Japanese tasty solution, "Shoyu". Of course, you can eat your Sushi without "Shoyu", but I recommend to use Shoyu because it distinguish the smell of the raw fish.      Recently, though in fact it was already developed when I was a child, Sushi machine is developed in my country. The Sushi machine can make Sushi automatically. All you have to do is to put a sliced fish on top of the automatically made rice ball. If you go to some Sushi restaurant, you can eat Sushi more cheaply. I say so because Sushi is a little rich food in my country, so if you want to eat Sushi, you have to pay much money.      I admit the convenience of the Sushi machine and when I go to eat Suchi with my friends, I go to some Sushi shop which use computer Sushi machines. At the same time, I like Sushi which is made by a professional Sushi cook's hand. Though it is more expensive than Sushi made by computer machines, I think it is a little more tasty. And by eating such a Sushi, I can feel traditional Japanese taste at the same time.      By the way, when we buy our car, we can choose an automatic car or a manual car. If we buy an automatic car, we can drive our car without changing the gear bar while driving. On the other hand, if we buy a manual car, we have to shift the gear by ourselves. I don't have my own car. And as my father's car is an automatic car, so when I go to my parents' house, I drive an automatic car.      But I have a drivers licence which allow me to drive both an automatic car and a manual can, and most of Japanese have such a licence. And though I admit that we can drive a car more easily if we drive an automatic car, but I think car is one of a leisure. So I recommend you to buy a manual car if you want to enjoy driving a car.      So I admit the necessity of the computer machines, and I want to welcome all of them. But if you don't pursue only efficiency or convinience, I recommend you to use your hand. I think using our hands is very enjoyable.
