When government plan to build a new university, my hometown is suitable for the place in some points.  However our town has also some problems and city planner must result them.  Therefore, I will explain both points mentioning the characteristic of my community.

 

  My hometown is near big city and easy to live. It is a small residential area, so called "bed town".  If we take train, we can go the center of the prefecture that we live in within ten minutes.  The merit of building the institution is easy access to the big city.  Students will be able to go to school by train.  In my hometown, we can buy food at low price, it is because there are two glossary stores in my hometown and they compete with each other with reducing the prices of products.  Students can live in my hometown with small amount of living expense.  Then, the small residential area is very quiet, which is very suitable for students to concentrate on studying.

 

  However, the station next to the big station, Hiroshima station is not in the middle of my hometown. Therefore, the university itself will be far from the station.  Now, it is about twenty minutes to walk from the land for the university to the station.  Therefore, without bicycle, auto bicycle , or car students feel inconvenient to go to the college.  Moreover, the amount of apartment students can lent and glossary stores is very small. 

 

Thinking about my hometown, there are some problems dealt with for the realization of the plan.  It is comparatively easy.  The increase of population will increase the amount of stores.  Thus, if only government increases the amount of bus available for students from the school to the station, our hometown will be the best place to establishment of new educational institution.
