| << It is thought people behave differently when they wear different styles of clothes. This is firstly because people behave differently according to situations where they are supposed to change their behaviours, and secondly because some type of clothes limit mobility of individuals. Although it may be also said that different dresses does not lead to any changes in behaviours, the situational changes and limitation of mobility highly appear to influence behaviour s of individuals. The first factor that individuals behave differently when they wear differently is that different styles of clothes often come together with changes in which situations and occasion individuals are in. It seems clear that they choose to wear what suits the occasions. For instance, some may wear jeans and T-shirts when they go to schools, but they will chose to wear some formal dresses when they go to dinner parties. This changes in dressing styles due to different occasions obviously changes behaviours of individuals since they are supposed to behave in an appropriate manner, depending on situations. Return to our example above, it is not hard to imagine that these people differentiate their behaviours in schools and at dinner parties, that is they will probably behave in a neater manner at dinner parties where they wear formal dresses. On the basis, it is arguable that individuals behave differently when they changes their style of dresses, which often come together with changes in occasions. Another factor that individuals can change their behaviours when they wear differently is that some styles of dresses may make it harder to move freely. This is especially the case in some traditional dresses and formal dresses that usually limit mobility of individuals. For example, when you wear Kimono, Japanese traditional dress, it is hard to move around or walk with big steps because this Kimono is tight around legs. This forces the one who wears this to walk in small steps thus behave more neatly. Another example may be pin heels. When a woman wears this kind of shoes, it may be more difficult for her to walk around compared to when she wears sneakers. On the basis, it can be said that people change their behaviours because some style of dressings can limit mobility of individuals. Some may say that individuals do not behave any differently even when they wear differently, because these dresses do not have any influence over their personalities and original habits. This argument is true that dresses alone cannot changes any personalities or their original habits, because what they wear and what they think are completely unrelated matter. Nonetheless, as previously mentioned, changes in dresses usually come together with changes in occasions, where individuals have to chose to behave in certain manners that are appropriate to the situations. This leads to a consideration that even they do not change their personality or their original habits according to dresses, they do choose to behave in manners that suits their dresses due to the situational changes. This is due to the fact that individuals are social beings that have to adjust ones' behaviour to the surrounding to a certain extent. Additionally, the argument of immobility due to some clothes makes it more concrete that individual sometimes cannot help changing their behaviours according to changes in their clothes. In conclusions, individuals change their behaviours when they dress differently. Some e may say that individuals do not behave differently no matter what they wear, nonetheless, changes in occasions coincided with changes in dresses and limitations in mobility due to style of dressing are highly influential on behaviour of people. |
