When I have to make decision, I usually think about the topic profoundly before I say " Final answer".  Therefore, I would like to decide everything after having enough time to analyze the situation connecting the decision deeply instead of decide everything rapidly.   However, I do not agree with the idea that all the decisions that  we make quickly are wrong.   In fact, we sometimes get good result from quick decision.

Making a decision rapidly is sometimes necessary for us and in this situation, delaying to decide itself can be lead to bad result.  For instance, in emergency, such as big , we will be forced to deal with the emergency and make decision as soon as possible.  We need to do the first aid to the insured with insufficient device to cure the insured and call policemen or rescue squads.  If we take too time to get final decision, this leads to the worst case.

We might make a successful decision even if we take little time to do thanks to the first inspiration.  With the inspiration gotten by our instinct, we sometimes get a good result.   If our inspiration is absolutely useless for us to decide everything, why so many people could get a mountain of bills with lots or gambling?    Many of them testify that they chose the winning tickets' numbers according to their inspiration.   Inspiration is not changed by consideration.  Therefore, I can judge that those who gained a large amount of money with lot or something can succeed by their quick decision.

As I mentioned earlier, in some cases, judging something quickly can bring us fruitful result.  Therefore, I conclude that we cannot deny the possibility of the good side of quick decision completely, even if the possibility of well considered decision's success was massive.
