     Of course I agree with the first opinion. And I suspect most people would agree with the opinion. We know from our experience that physical exercise in a school is very enjoyable and effective to our body. I know that the main purpose of a school is teaching its students. We, students also expect our teachers to teach us some academic matters. But if we spend all days concentrating on such academic studying, we will be very tired. On the other hand, if we have some physical exercise classes at least two or three times a week, we will be very relaxed. I think physical exercise is not only strengthen our body, but fascilitate the function of our brain.
     I think it is desirable for us to have a P.E. class everyday. But we can't. This is because we can not use our limitted school times for only P.E. classes. We must study sciense, mathematics, sociology, linguistics, and so on at the same time. I know that it is desirable for us to do some physical exercises everyday. When I was a high school student, I have four P.E. classes every week. Three of the four classes were usual P.E. classes such as playing soccer or basketball. And the other one class was for a Japanese traditional sport, called Kendo. I went school six times a week. So having four P.E. classes was best for us to relax and reflesh our body and mind.
     You may say that we don't have P.E. classes so much. I admit that, because I also think that the duty of students is to concentrate on academic studies. However hard we spend our time on P.E. classes, most of us don't be sport players in the future. So we don't need to do physical exercise until we are completely tired. On the other hand, as I have said before, physical exersices can also be good for our brain. I don't know the mechanism of how physical exercises act on our brain. But I know from my experience that I can concentrate on my study when I do some physical training.
     In conclusion, I recommend to do both physical exercises and academic studies. We know from our experiences that students who do some kinds of sport usually get higher grade than students who do only academic studies. This is because their brain activity is greater than students who don't train their body. By doing some kinds of physical exercises, we can concentrate on academic studies and make a good result.
