Technological development of agriculture brought by the new facility is necessary not only for our own country but also for many of other country. The nations of my country are depending on imported food because of the severe limitation of available land. Therefore, although my country have sophisticated technology and produce various kind of machines, once some unpredictable situation, such as global disasters or aggravation of international relationship, happen in other country, Japan cannot feed her own nations. Thus, I think that we need to settle down to enhance agricultural productivity at the new facility. Of course we shold make a great effort to keep amicable relations with other nations, it would not harm for Japan to prepare large amount of food enough to feed all the people in Japan for herself. Moreover, the development of agricultural technology will be beneficial for other countries. especially developing countries. Boosting the productivity triggered by the development of technology of irrigation and appearance of safe strong and copious crops will solve serious starvation and play an important part in coping with famine and drought. Therefore agricultural development with the establishment of the new research center is necessary. Feeling the necessity of advanced agricultural technology, I also admit that we have to deal with economical problems. Now, my country is suffering from serious recession and therefore economical research center is also required in order to consider the couse of the economical stagnation and find our the solution. In this way, both of research are necessary for our nation. However, we have to compare the impact of recession with that of lack of agricultural technology. Our nations have sufficient insurance system which guarantee the living standard of jobless people to some extent. However every day starving people die of malnutrition or the following sickness. Therefore, on balance the development of agricultural technology shold have priority over the research of economy. Besides, technological innovation of agriculture with the establishing new facility might be a great impetus for enhance our economy by producing new demand.
