<<      I think wearing a school uniform is better. In my country, we can choose our high school. Students who don't like to wear a school uniform can go to another school. I wanted to wear a school unifrom, especially "Gakuran" called in my country. On the other hand, my brother, a high school student, goes to school without uniforms. I think both policies can be respected. But uniforms might be necessary to some extent. This is because most workers in my country have their own job uniforms.      In my country, most high school has its own uniforms. In some schools, students are required to wear a suit with necktie as their uniform. But most high school students in my country wear "Gakuran". "Gakuran" is a traditional Japanese school uniform, and most girls in my country love this uniform. I don't know why they love this black and army-like unifrom. Many girls in my university say that school boys should wear Gakuran. Gakuran is not a fashionable wear, so I don't understand why they stick to the wear so much. But it is certain Gakuran, the army-like uniform is still popular in my country.      On the other hand, my younger brother goes to school in his casual wears. His school has no uniform. At first, he enjoyed the variety of clothes he can wear to school everyday. Once he said that one of his friends takes 1 hour for choosing his clothes every morning. When I heard this I was very surprised. I can't use so much time in the morning. When I was a high school student, I left home only 30 minutes after waking up. But now my brother says that school uniforms might be better. This is mainly because the costs he must pay for his clothes every month. You may be surprised but he uses nearly 300 dollars for his clothes every month. When I was a high school student, I didn't need to pay so much for my clothes. So school uniforms can said to be cost effective.      On top of that, by wearing school uniforms, we can aquire credit by our society. This is because most workers wear their own uniforms. For example, policemen, bankers, doctors, flight attendants, they all wear some kinds of wearings as their uniforms. By wearing uniforms, they can be recognized as a member of such as a bank or a hospital. In this sense, wearing a school uniform might be better.      So I think the policy of requiring students to wear uniforms is better. Traditional school uniforms such as Gakuran is still popular in my country. Most girls in my country want boys to wear Gakuran as their uniforms. On top of that, though choosing clothes everyday might be enjoyable, it may cost too much. So wearing school uniforms helps you financially. And we can be recognized as one member of some institute by wearing uniforms. We can be recognized as a high school student by wearing a school uniform. So I think that students should be required to wear school uniforms.
