| << We are conscious about our health and therefore some
seemingly-healthy foods or healthy life style is sometimes in the boom. I
personally have few interests to such healty boom but have some own secret key
to keep good shape.
As the first point to keep healthy body, I am conscious about everyday dishes. In short, I try to eat various kinds of food in every meal and especially to prevent lack of vitamin and calcium and try to reduce the amount of sugar and oil I consume. I eat several kinds of vegetable dishes and gulp milk everyday. Several kinds of Vitamin and calcium are essential for coodination of our body. When I cannot take them from food, I swallow supplements of vitamin and calcium. Fortunately, since now I prepare my family's
dinner by myself, I usually can choose ingredients freely. Then when
cooking meals, I try to cook food in person as possible instead of using
delicatessen, which might include large amount of oil, salt, and sugar. If
we take such seasoning excessively, we will have several diseases like heart
diseases and diabetes. Therefore this point is also important point for my
health.
Secondly, to increase momentum, I go up and down stars
as possible, instead of using elevator or escalator. Although moderate
exercise is ideal to keep good shape, my busy schedule do not allow to spend
much time on doing sports activities. Using stars can be a good exercise
for me to some extent. Therefore when going out alone, I do not elevator
to go less than four floor.
Thanks to daily works and other necessary things, it is
almost impossible for us, including me to lead our
lives perfectly according to our health, But with the trivial conscious, I
think that we can keep our good shape to great extent. In fact by keeping these
roles that I mentioned avobe, I can lead a healthy life.
