| << People do many differnt things to stay healthy. I also do various things to have healthy lives. Exercises and foods are one of the most important things to stay healthy physically. On top of that, sleep is also an important factor because we spend approximately one-third or one-forth of our lives for sleeping. Mentally, I think laughing can contribute to our healthy lives. First, everyone including me paies much attention to exercises and foods. To stay healthy, many middle-aged men and wemen do jogging in the morning or in the evening everyday. As for me, I don't like running. Of course I know running can be helpful to build up our bodies healthfully. By running an appropriate distance with a moderate speed, we can improve our cardiac system. That is, our heart can work at an correct tension, not too hypertentative, not too hypotentative, after running. But runnig itself has a difficult problem for me. That is, continuing running is very hard. To stay healthy, we must continue the effort all around the year. That is, however hard we train our body in a short period, we can't maintain the health if we couldn't continue it all year long, moreover, until we die. So whether I like the exercise or not is a very important factor. As for me, I like pushing up training than running. Every weekend I train my arms by doing pushing up training for just an hour. One hour training is very good for me to maintain my health. During the hour, I just continue pushing up my body, repeat and repeat. I repeat the same action for more than 300 times. The first 30 min is good for my body to begin erobic exercise, that is an exercise with oxygen. By doing so, I can do complete erobic exercise for the rest of 30 min. As for food, I take good care of my daily diet. I never eat junk foods and drinks. Not too much fat, not too much calory is my dieting policy. For me, 65 kg weight young man, approximately 2500 kcal is necessary to stay healthy. I take 1500 kcal of them from foods, and the rest of 1000 kcal, I take from milk. I cantrol my daily diet strictly and completely. On top of that, not only physical, but also mental factor is important for us to stay healthy. However hard we make an effort to build our healthy body, if we can't enjoy it, we can't continue it. If you don't laugh in your daily lives, that is a sign for you that your life is too strict. I also take good care of my mental health. When I depressed mentally, I quickly think about my recent lives. If that has some problem for my mental health, I quickly detect the factor and change it. In this way, I control my life both physically and mentally. |
