| << It is highly important for us to stay in healthy to things properly and enjoy our lives. Although I am not concerned about my health much, there is still something that I do for my health, because I should be healthy to study and work well. To do this, I try to eat properly and I walk as much as possible. The first thing that I do for my health is to eat properly. It is important to intake various kinds of vitamins, protein, fiver, minerals and so forth to keep me healthy, because the lack of these nutrition can cause you some nutritional and other kinds of disease due to the improper diet. Even if not disease, the lack of energy and nutrition makes you catch a cold, get tired very, and feel dizzy easily and, prevents you from concentrating on your work. To keep healthy and balanced diet, I try to cook myself meals using many kinds of vegetables, fish, chicken, read meats, daily products and such so that I can take energy, various kinds of vitamins, minerals, protein, fibre and so forth. I also try to cook without using too much seasonings such as salt, soy sauce which is highly salty, sugar and so on, because excess use of these seasonings can hard your health. For example, excess intake of salt can lead to high blood pressure. In order to reduce the amount of salt I use, I put some chilli powder in it, with which you use reduced amount of salt without changing the taste. Moreover, I also try to get used to weak taste so that I can cut down these salt and sugar. I also try to walk as much as possible, for this can be a good exercise that can help me keep myself healthy. Through walking, I move my body and mascle to prevent my body from weakening and to improve my physical strength. This allows me to keep away from disease and fatigue, so that I can enjoy fun activities and concentrate on my work. Moreover, by walking, you can refresh your self and release your stress, which will probably lead to a healthy mentality. What I specifically do to walk is that I try to walk to the university, to the town, to the supermarkets and to the beach. When I am busy studying or working, I only walk between the university and my place or between the station and my work place. Unless I am busy to death, I walk to grocery shops nearby as well. When I have time, I often walk to the beach and take a walk along it. By doing it, I can keep myself physically and mentally healthy. In sum, I try to eat properly with cooking healthy food and to walk as much as possible to keep me healthy. However, practically, I am not conscious enough about it and I do many unhealthy things such as not sleeping long enough, having too much caffeine and so forth. Thus, it seems that I should be concerned about it more about the important issue pf health. |
