If I have enough money to purchase a house or a business, I would like to choose buying a house without hesitation.  Although I know the potential possibility of producing much amount of money that business management has, I do not feel like to do business on myself.  Doing business is too risky for me and buying my favorite house guarantees that I can live in comfortable places continuously.

 

  I do not want to expose myself to dangerous situation which is inevitable for business management.  I have no experience and knowledge of business management and therefore the risk is too high for me to dare to start new business.  If we run our own business, we have to do everything only for ourselves.  We have to make crucial decision about the kinds and number of goods we treat depending on our analysis of marketing.   When the company have loss or cause failure on business trade by mal-forsight, we have to compensate for them by ourselves.  Moreover, now many countries are suffering from recession and it is hard for even experienced business people to judge economic situation reasonably.

 

  Despite lack of experience and know-how of business, some  risk takers might have desire to have own business.  However, as for me fair for bankruptcy outweighs my interests to management.  In other words, I do not want to run such grave risk for business to which  I have little interests.   My real dream in the future is being a professional translator.  I really feel content to re-express reading materials in my native language, after reading original materials written in English.  The process is very fun for me.  But if I became a president of a company, I would be forced to do myriad of other chores as a manager, which prevent me from concentrating on my favorite job, translation.

 

  Lastly an ideal house which I will gain by the money naver fail to bring me peaceful place to spend relatively long time.  Well established furnishing such as central heating, walk-in corset, and large private room, the key of my favorite house,  will demand fistful of money. But there is no worry about financial deficiency.  Then we certainly get the favorite house.   After working, I can recharge the battery and have enough rest in the comfortable place. 

 

 In this way, I cannot start doing new business thinking about my insufficient ability and interests and its potential risk.  Therefore, I would like to choose to gain my shelter named a house, safely.
