<<        I would choose to buys a house if I have enough money to buy either an hours or business. Even though I would be able to obtain larger profit in the future if I bought a business and led it to a success, I would rather not do so. This is because I do not see myself as a businessperson thus buying business does not fit my future plans. I would rather buy a house, since it can be permanent commodity.        I would not buy a business if I were deciding between houses or business, because it is just not for me. I am aware that, if I buy a business having an ambition to make it successful to obtain huge profits and great reputation, I could earn more out of the investment. This make me think that, maybe I should say that I buy the business and study business strategies and so on despite the risk that the business may fail. Moreover I actually like to try something ambitious such as trying to succeed in business. However, the thing is that I am not a businessperson at all and am not simply interested in it either, so I cannot imagine myself doing a business. Also, I would not like that, if I buy a business, I would have to devote most of my life into running it and gaining more knowledge and experience of it to succeed, which takes up the most of time in my life until I retire. In fact, I plan to study at a foreign graduate school sometime not in far future and may want to be engaged in some kind of research jobs, so I dare not to be tied with these business affairs. I would prefer not to work for the business or not to be tied with it to earn money out of the business, but I would love to be free and do whatever I wish.        The house, then, appears to be a better choice, because it does not tie me with any particular business that I have to be engaged all the time, but can be permanent commodity. This commodity can promise me a secure life, as it can be source of cash in case I have troubles in gaining money in the future. The house, though I do not need one for myself, can be sold or rent out if one day I need to rely money that I can get out of the house. Or, if I have troubles in getting anywhere to live, it can be a good option to live in the house I buy. In the future, as previously mentioned, there will be one period of time when I cannot work but have to study, so this source of income that I can get without actual work will greatly help me to make my plan come true.        To sum up, I would like to buys a house rather than a business after all, for I would never want to have a business, which takes up most of my life time and brings me loss of my freedom. The house on the other hand can support my as a permanent commodity since it can generate money in case I go into troubles with money.
