Indonesia asks Australia to reconsider travel warning
Indonesia's Trade Minister, Mari Pangestu, has called on Australia to reconsider its
travel warnings to the archipelago.
Canberra currently advises Australians to defer non-essential travel to Indonesia, in
the light of possible terrorist attacks.
Dr Pangestu says the Australian travel advisory affects not just the tourism sector,
but also general business travel and the country's investment climate.
