When Ronnie Drew decided to leave the Dubliners in 1995, they were quick to approach Paddy Reilly and asked him to join them. Paddy has for three decades been a very successful soloperformer, mainly concertrating on Ireland, the USA and Australia. He is regarded as one of the best balladsingers in Ireland.
