our main aim is to create a loving and conducive learning environment for the denizens of onethirteen. love isn't just about hugging someone and saying that you love them- of course, that's an integral part of loving someone- but love is also about respecting others, loving without prejudice, and loving with heart. You may not like someone's face, but we just want you to try to love her with your whole heart- love her as much as you love that other chio-bu sitting next to her.

one important part of loving someone is respecting that person. Listen to, and not just hear, what she has to say. When someone is trying to say something, respect that person by understanding her. encouragement is also a form of love. If you love someone, you'd want the best for them. Encourage each other and don't be afraid to give or receive help. That's what friends are for. Forgiving someone is also loving someone. If someone's done something wrong, try your very very best to forgive her. Then everyone will feel better. Be considerate, too. Little things like keeping quiet or just moving an inch might go a long way.

we're not saying that this is going to be easy, but that's what this campaign is all about. There's a secret committee somewhere in class whose main purpose is to encourage everyone to love each other, and to help you out if you've entered a rough spot. If we think you've been a complete dear and really are loving with your entire heart, we'll drop you a note and a little sweet to egg you on in your journey of love. If we find that you might need to give out a little more love, or if you need more love, we'll drop you notes of encouragement too. every month someone new will join the committe, and we hope that by the end of two years the whole class will be part of us. let's all try our best to learn to love each other. understand that love takes time, but if we all try our very best to love each other, onethirteen will become an even lovelier place!
