| Welcome all my new and "fresh-meat" students! I am of course your highly exalted Lil PQ, and that's exactly what you will be calling me, Lil PQ. ^_^ I would just like to tell everyone how happy I am that they have chosen our lovely school here in the 12th district of Kyoto. Please feel free to check out what is on the campus and use it. Do not abuse our school property however, that is one thing I will not tolerate.
